BootStar is an application that manages the startup sector of your PC, letting you select which partition you want to start with in case you have various operating systems installed. It is totally runnable in both MS-DOS and in Windows.

So, when you want to start the PC you can choose to do so from either a diskette, from the CD-ROM reader, from the hard drive or from a specific partition.

BootStar is totally compatible with any operating system, and you can password-protect and hide specific partitions in your hard drive. It also offers utilities like making backups of a whole partition into just one file, create partitions from the program itself, etc.
